I can’t recommend Maria enough. She is compassionate, understanding, considerate, and empathetic. When I first started seeing Maria, I was really in distress. To say I was heartbroken and lost could be considered an understatement. She has helped guide and empower me to lean on God and look within myself for the strength I need to make it through trials I never thought I would overcome. She puts her all into each session and truly uses pure love to lead your mind into a positive and realistic state. I am extremely grateful for the time, effort, and love she has shown me through each problem we have worked through. The breakthroughs I have encountered seemed so far-fetched when I began seeing Maria, but she has provided me with great tools to stay aligned with God’s will and steered me to do self reflection with grace. From the first session I could tell she had my best interest in mind. One of my favorite things about Maria is that she is honest. It has been so helpful in my healing journey to have an unbiased, honest, and kind person to help me face harsh realities and overcome them. She is gifted in this field, it is evident in her patience with her clients. Although I am still working through a lot, I am more at peace with myself and my past experiences- I really thank God for leading me to Maria.

I started seeing Maria after the very tragic loss of my brother. I honestly needed to be seeing someone prior to my loss but didn’t bc I never had great success with past therapists. I always left feeling more needy than empowered. Maria is different. Not only has she made me feel loved but she is helping me to keep things in perspective while working on healing in all areas of my life. I have a lot going on and instead of throwing stones at my life, she keeps me grounded and prays with me while keeping realistic expectations of the situations in my life and of myself. She listens without judgment and accepts me as I am without allowing me to stay there. Maria has been exceptional at helping me communicate with loved ones and express boundaries.  I can’t tell you what it has meant to have someone listen to me, to love me, and to be present at this time in my life. Maria has been my therapist for over a year. Her patience, dedication and true care for her patients is what sets her a part. She has an uncanny ability to sense exactly what you need when you need it and uses scripture to aid in her therapies. I’ve had multiple therapists over the years and I can say without a doubt that I am more clear headed and closer to God than I ever have been.
